Simple Time Protocol Server (RFC 868)

I need to install a daemon for the simple time protocol (port 37) as,
detailed in RFC 868.  After having once 'installed all', I know that RedHat
does ship a package for this, but I dont know which one it is.

P.S. It looks like xntp (the Network Time Protocol) package doesn't install
this daemon, on the ntp daemon on port 123.
