Hi,
Is it safe for me to use the SuSE i386 rpms for gnome-core-1.0.6 and
gnome-libs-1.0.10 on my RH 6.0 system? I am told that they fix a number
of bugs which have been annoying me, os i would like to get these newer
versions, but they are not out for red hat in rpm form. I tried the
source but it said my version of zlib was too old, when in fact it is
newer than the one on the gnome page.
Or is there somewhere i can get the RH rpms, other than the gnome page?
