Hi !

        Afaik you can setup the screen size in a way that the virtual screen is
bigger than the physical screen. When you choose the desired resolution
with xf86config it asks if you like to have the virtual screen size bigger
than the physical size. Just rerun xf86config and answer this question with
'n'o instead of 'y'es or edit the config file itself. This should then
solve your problem - at least I hope so. ;)
