Hi John:
I'm using that printer and haven't had any problem. Course all I use it
for is listings. Haven't tried it with ghostscript yet. Make sure you
have it set for Epson emulation mode, not IBM mode. That may be why you
are having trouble in win9x. I've used this one on my NT system without
proplems for several years now.
Actually I have a couple of these printers, one running for over six years
now with only routine maintenance and a print head replaced when it wore out.
