AutoRaiseDelay on xfce

does anyone use xfce with
Followmouse=TRUE
Autoraise=TRUE
?

how do I set AutoRaiseDelay= (say 1.5 seconds)?

ps:
lawson - the mouse is great 
think netscape upgrade (to 4.5)
and hd boot params fixed it.
been VERY busy lately...
