Places too much burden on the person with the problem and some detail
will be lost in summarising. It is also too confusing, especially if you
join the thread late. Currently there is no way of telling if someone
is being helped if the messages go back to sender - extremely
frustrating if you have the same problem. Since most people do not
acknowledge a solution this would make it worse.
