Here's the issue:

File F is exported from host A to host B.

If the file is changed on host B (i.e. via NFS) and then 'cat' is used on
the file on host A I get the error

text file busy

for about 10 seconds and then the changed file can be typed. This only
happens when the file is changed remotely (i.e. not on the NFS server) and
then viewed/execd locally (i.e. on the NFS server).

Why does the NFS server behave this way? I don't know whether this is an
issue of caching or what...
