Based on the ample information provided here is what you do:

1. create a mount point where the partition will be mounted. I prefer to add
all extra mountpoints in /mnt: 
        # mkdir /mnt/dos
2. Now mount the Windows/DOS partition on the newly created mountpoint: 
        # mount -t vfat /dev/hda1 /mnt/dos
I'm assuming here that your WinDOS partition is located on /dev/hda1
Substitute for the appropriate device in your situation.
3. To have the partition mounted more easily or even automagically during
booting you may want to change your /etc/fstab. For more information:
        # man fstab
