I am sorry for putting everyone through some much trouble, but i might have
just found the problem, i got x working halfway, and tryed to use minicom(it
was freezeing up cause it thaought my modem was on /dev/ttyS3 it is on
/dev/ttyS2), and it thought i was online all the time, that was weird, so i
got tired of messing with it and booted into windows, and saw something as i
booted up, my modem is PNP, HELP.
