Yes, at least there was one in the summer of 98. I am trying to relocate

I think following RH 'guidelines' may make sense. 
Create a /boot partition - of less than 15 M 
Create a / partition with the rest of the drive.
I also create a home partition of about 300 M, since most of your
downloads will end up there
