I just obtained a free, working HP IIID. Awesome! And it prints. Even more awesome! But I'm having two little niggling problems. Problem the first: The print job doesn't automatically kick out, I have to take the printer offline and do a form feed (for the last page). I'm using RedHat and used printtool to setup the printer, and I've tried every combination of "Send EOF" and "Suppress Header" but no go. Does anyone else have this printer and has it working correctly? Problem the second: Duplexing. I have Duplex=OFF on the printer, but every job I send duplexes anyway. I want to keep the option of duplexing, but when the job is just a single side it duplexes anyway, wasting a lot of time.
