Voice:e-mail

Is it possible to set up a voice-e mail system using Linux.The system will
have a number of users who send and receive e-mail via a telephone.They
will log onto the  e-mail server by phone,Listen to their e-mail messages
and send e-mail by dictating into the phone.

Does this sound far fetched????
