How do I make a postscript file begin printing higher on the page so
that the bottom of the page does not get chopped off? My printer is an
HP697C and I'm using Ghostscript 5.10 on Linux with printer driver
cdj550 (I've also tried cdj670 as well as deskjet with the same
result).
I'm using the Linux Printing-Usage-HOWTO.ps file to experiment. Page
three is a good example. When I view the file in KDE, I can clearly
see the the whole page, yet when I print it, the last line or two is
missing.
Viewing the same file with GSView under Windows, there is a way to
change the page offset and print without the bottom of the page getting
chopped off. How do I do this with Linux?
Thanks,
