perl ssl

hi all,

i just installed an administration tool called webmin. it is written in
perl. right at the end of the installation i got a message to the effect
that i didn�t have the perl ssl layer thus not allowing me to access my
system via a secure connection. how or where can i get the ssl layer for
perl? thanks for any help.
