In this case it would be done with
mount -t vfat /dev/hdb1 /mnt/mywindowsdrive
where /mnt/mywindowsdrive must exits before you mount. -t vfat sets the
right filesystem type so that you see the long filenames, too. After that
you can access the windows drive basically in the same way as any other
drive / directory.
