Hi to all and thank you for everyone answering on my request, but i have
the fear that sth is misunderstood.

The echo was: use SAMBA ! I know that i will have to use samba to access
windows resources,
but if it is 1:1 to the way a W95 only network acts then it won't work. I
tried it out to have the printer being a network printer on a net with two
W95 systems. The client can't get access to the printer attached to the
server, because the printer software requests a direct connection to the
printer and just passing it through to a lpt port that is linked to a
network path won't start the software driver on the server.
What i am looking for is to connect the printer via a spooler running on
the W95 printer server and then access the spooler over the network and not
the printer directly. The spooler must then be able to pass the print job
to the driver in a way as if it is a app like word, so that the driver
software "thinks" it is sth from the same machine.
Do you know what i mean ?
