Why wouldn't it be? You need a different mount point, of course, if you want
tomount both at the same time. And you need to know what /dev/hd* entry
points to it (/dev/hdd, if this stuff is on your secondary IDE interface).
This assumes the kernel detects both drives, which you can see at boottime
or check via dmesg.
