xvidtune will allow you to move the 'screen' left, right, up, down on
the tube itself. It will also allow you to narrow, widen it, lengthen
and shorten it. Neat program, use at your own right though, because it
can be dangerous. Also try the knobs on your monitor (I am only telling
you this because it took me 3 weeks to firugure it out :)
If those don't work, you might have the refresh rate wrong on your
monitor, which if you mess with them, they can break stuff.
Be careful and use at your own risk.
