My computer is bored. I'd like it to run some program instead of just idling
the processor while I'm asleep. 'cron' does some nice tasks but they only
take a couple of minutes. 'glimpseindex' takes about 1~2hours but it's not a
task to run on a daily basis.

I've already *heard* about seti@home, but information pertaining to the
binary/source's whereabouts has sofar eluded me (I can't find it). Anyhow, I
seem to need an Internet connection to make it do anything useful anyway and
I don't have one, so I'm not really in a hurry to find it ;-)

Could someone please suggest to me a program (please also tell me where I
can get the binary or, even better, the source) that I can run during idle
time to keep my computer busy.

TIA,
