I have succsessfully compiled the 2.2.11 kernel on my RH5.2 system. I
upgraded all of the neccessary packages, and recompiled the kernel. The
only problem is that the power-off on shutdown doesn't work, even though I
compiled in APM support and the power-off on shutdown options. I followed
the kernel-compile HOW-TO and docs that came with the 2.2.11 kernel
exactly when I installed the new kernel, but APM support still won't work.
Any ideas?
