PnP Ne2000 card

I just set up RedHat 6.0 on a new computer.  It has a plug and play ISA
ne2000 card.  The BIOS initializes the card when I boot which causes
problems in Linux.

When I try to run isapnptools, I get a resource error because it says the
board is already active.

I'm stuck here.  Any help getting this card set up would be appreciated.

The card is supposed to be at 0x0240 and IRQ 11 .
