connent out the vga line in your /etc/lilo.conf
What happens when you just hit enter during the lilo booting
process, if you cant get into your system use the bootdisk, and type
mount root=/dev/hdax ro where /dev/hdax is the partition where you
have your root filesystem. Then edit /etc/lilo.conf to eliminate the
problem untill you get a beter answer.
