Hi,
I think I messed up my /etc/hosts file and now when I start the computer
it gets hung up on "starting sendmail", eventually ^C worked (or
pressing all the keys) and then it get's stuck on "Starting SMB" and
other things.

How I have my /etc/hosts looking is like this:

127.0.0.1 blaze blaze.digitaldomain
192.168.0.1 blaze blaze.digitaldomain
192.168.0.2 hplinux hplinux.hpdomain
192.168.0.3 hpwin hpwin.hpdomain

What is wrong with this file? What should be the proper setup?

I did this on another computer too, will it eventually finish after some
time? Is there anyway I can cancel some start up services while they are
starting and getting hung up?

Thanks,
Michael
