Hi all,
Got a small, but critical, error when I try to connect to my ISP.
It all started when upgrading the kernel to 2.2.11
The moment I would logon to the network, the connection dies...
The logfile says (nothing, it displays):
Sep 1 01:14:48 elvis pppd(229): pppd 2.3.7 started by root, uid0
Sep 1 01:14:48 elvis pppd(229): Exit
That's all.
Is it some kind of time out in the ppp-deamon that is wrong?
If so, how do I correct that?
I use Slackware4.0
