If you are having a problem with the X-Loop: header, just remove it.
In your ~/.procmailrc file add these lines...
----------CUT--------------------
:0 fhw
* ^X-Loop:.*
| formail -I X-Loop:
----------CUT--------------------
I've tested it here and it does work.
