How to change the IRQ of an Ethernet card depends on the card. If it is
*not* PnP, Linux doesn't have a tool to change its IRQ. Depending on the
card, you change its jumper settings or run its custom configurator, usually
a DOS or Windows program.
If it *is* PnP, there are several ways to do it, and which is best for you
