If you mean a page that you can enter text into and it will process it a
bit amnd then send it via email, then the solution is most probably
server-side perl.
If you want the whole page to be sent, just like the Netscape menu entry
does, then you have to give each page a unique identifier and then let a
perl script on the server grab the page from the local tree and send it.
