Yes. As with many things, though, the details matter, so to get better
information, you might want to ask about some specific approach to frame
relay. Using the Linux host as a FR router, for example, will require some
specialized (and, alas, expensive) hardware, a consideration that might make
Linux not the best choice for your application.
