Yes in several places, but you make no mention of it happening in
console mode or X, i presume you mean console.
I dont know where the screenblanker is set in suse it will be in one
of the init files, you can also do;
setterm -blank -0
setterm -blank -0 60 i belive 60 = 60 minutes.
