I use two scripts that i did myself.
The first one uses 'find' to get a list of all the files from the cdrom
to a text file
the second one uses 'grep' to look for the files ...
both are really fast (adding a cdrom takes 15 seconds and grep is almost
immediate with 50 CDs)
