I have never heard that IP aliasing was deprecated and i am mostly
building some work on it
for our linux servers. Could you please be a little more informative
about this subject ?
Were did you get this information from ?
Why support for it should be removed from the kernel ?? I understand we
do not loose time to develop
stupid features but as soon as the feature is in, why should we remove it
? does IP alising get in the
path of other networking feature ???
