Can anyone help with a problem we are having with the configuration of
diald. We already have ppp working perfectly with IP masquerade and have
made the changes suggested in
<http://www.cyberset.com/osterday/linux/diald.htm> to cope with the problem
of diald trying to logon a second time.
There are no obvious error messages. /var/log/messages contains:
diald[476]: Changed snoop device to sl0
However, as soon as diald is running, the rest of the machines are unable to
ping the linux server let alone get to the outside world. I've attached the
relevant scripts and would be very grateful for any help.
