Hi,

I wanted to modify permissions for /dev/ttyS1.
Using kfm (in KDE), Midnight Commander, when I tried to read the
permissions of whatever in /dev/  it was freezeing my system. Only
ctrl+alt+del helped.
The only thing I could use was the old xfm. It happened to me only on RH
6.0.
Why?
