Remote X run

Hi,
  I had diffrent problem regarding X. Suppose I am in text mode and
  telnet to s.remote and by mistake run the console user on s.remote
  will get screen blinks and causing inconvience a lot. I wanted to
  stop at this. How to do this? I am using Redhat. I know how to do
  in debian.
