whew..... this is all a guess.

Looking on NDC's page, there is a reference to _one_ of their
(two? i think) 10/100 pci cards being based on a DEC chip..

searching on redhats site, If the card you have is based on the
DEC chip, you want the tulip driver.. and then I'd guess you have
about a 50% chance of it working... looks like the tulip chip is
a pretty stupid hardware design.. anyhoo you can find a bunch of 
information about tulip drivers here:

the actual command you'll want is

#modprobe tulip

If that doesn't work, I'd also try the
de4x5 module, because that's supposed to work with some _other_
DEC chip... I dunno.. give those a try. Let us know if they work,
if they don't, would you please post the output of 
#cat /proc/pci
maybe I can figure out more about the card that way.
