Well yes i suppose it can, but there again you would still need to know
which driver is needed.
I have never used PnPray tools so i cant realy comment, but if you know on
which port adress the card is located and on which IRQ it sits + which
driver  is needed then its a question of modprobe <good driver> io=0xXXX 
and away you should go.
