Nate, since you started a ball rolling i'll chip in with my 0.001's worth.

I always say, and so do most mailing list operators and maintainers, do not
cross post. Its as easy as that. So i must conclude that everyone who has
chipped in here is correct in what they have said.

If someone askes a question and he wants to send it to other mailing lists
as well thats fine by me, BUT (oops my caps lock ceeased up) not in one
mail, a seperate mail to each list is the "normal thing to do".
