A phone book that allows you to click a button to have the number dialed
seems an obvious thing. Such a thing came bunded with OS/2, and I
gather Windows CardFile can be set up to do this.
But when it comes to Linux, I find nothing. The closest I can find are
some phonebook Java classes, and so I could build an application that
would run on Linux, but my commitments lie elsewhere. Does anyone know
a GPL or shareware or even full commercial application that stores info
on people, as in a phonebook, and has a button that dials the selected
number?
