I am running Red Hat 6.0 Linux.
My system refuses to start....it boots with LILO but at the last part
the monitor blinks and then appear the following message:
According to /var/run/gmp.pid, gmd was alredy running (665) but
seems to have been murdered misteriously.
INIT: id "x" respawning too fast : disabled for 5 minutes.
Then pauses for 5 minutes and the same thing happens....the only
thing that changes is the number ( ).
What can I do ??
