Where is Kmail?

Does anyone know where a copy of 'Kmail' may be downloaded?

I've tried 'Freshmeat', KDEorg, tucows, etc but cannot find a downloadable
copy anywhere.

Can someone help me find it or another graphical e-mail client program for
Linux?
