Can't recommend one personally as my belief, that if you need a tool
more sophisiticated than a spreadsheet to track a project then you are
tracking the wrong thing, has prevented me from needing them.
Of course, I'm assuming (perhaps in error) you are talking about a
software project. In other industries I can see the hard dependencies
that are much easier to manage using a tool being more appropriate
(e.g. it's hard to put the plumbing into a house that hasn't been
framed).
