Hello all!

Would you please help me with an answer about my Zoltrix Radio Card ?

I am using RedHat Linux 6.1 on my machine and I have no idea what to do to
activate the radio card, if possible. It's an ISA version (the oldest
described on Zoltrix's site). It seems it is not PnP, since my Windows
doesn't detect it automatically.

Documentation claims that it can use I/O address 20C-20F or 30C-30F,
depending on the position of a jumper. In Windows, it can be
configured and used OK with its special program. Even if it's installed,
I don't see it in Control Panel->System.

On the RedHat site, hardware section, I saw an indication that seems to
tell that it can be used through the zoltrix.o module (?!). Even I use the
isapnptools for configuring other cards (a DAVICOM internal modem), this
card doesn't shows up in config file generated by pnpdump.

Briefly, the two questions are as follows:

- Is it possible to detect and install my card (to make Linux "know" that
the card is there) ? I specially think about installing without major
changes (recompiling the kernel, etc.)...

- If the answer to the first question is "yes", how do I use it? Under
Windows, it has a nice graphical interface... How do I command it under
Linux (tune, load preset stations, get the volume up and down...) ?

A direct answer on [EMAIL PROTECTED] will be highly appreciated.

Thanks a lot,
Razvan
