Compex card for Linux

Hi,
     I have "Compex RL100ATX 10/100 Base PCI fast ethernet" card. I wanted
Linux driver for this card. I searched the place cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov. I
couldn't able to find any driver for the above card. Is there any other 
driver which is compatible to the above card?
