I don't remember how I did, maybe in linuxconf, there's also a rpm for
localhost in RH distros, so look into the kpackage to find its location.

you can emulate the third button by uncommenting the relevant line
(don't have it here), it's in the mouse section in the file
/etc/X11/XF86config. just do a search with "emulate" ;-)

I use the 4.7 release, it works perfectly. you should try to install it,
the packages can be found by ftp.
