ok, in the /etc/fstab, the lines that describe the mount of the M$
partitions should look like that:
/hdx/...        /mnt/winXX      vfat    user,exec,nosuid,conv=auto,defaults

user gives access to any user (not only root), nosuid gives writing
permissions to users (I don't know why, but it works only like that on
my system).
hope this will fix your problem.
