Hmm.... I seem to have come in the middle of a conversation.
Well, you second disk needs to be mounted somewhere, but I don't know
where that's mounted, so i'll call it /new, and I'll call your new web
page path /new/webmaster.
you can go into /home, and 
cp -Rp webmaster /new
This should copy webmaster and all it's files to the new drive, preserving
file attributes.
