Right now I have a 2 or 3 year old Pentium II 233 (66 MHz bus) system running
Caldera Openlinux 2.3. I planning on upgrading to a Pentium II 450 (100 MHz
bus) board / processor sometime in the next couple weeks. I plan to stick to
the same brand motherboard as is currently in my machine, just to make the
transition a little less risky. Can anyone tell me what I can expect from
Linux? Anything I should do to prepare? Can I just pop in the new board and
processor and boot safely?
