OK. Other have explained that the missing file is one named 134984072 . Some
line of the rc.sysinit file is getting the wrong thing assigned to some
variable name. You need to find the line that causes the problem to
troubleshoot this. Note the message that precedes this one to help you track
down the line. You can even insert "echo" lines into the script to help you
pinpoint the problem. 

But at this point troubleshooting is basically legwork.
