Not on a single interface card. Every Ethernet card I've ever used that has
two connectors (usually RJ45 and BNC, as are yours) will allow only one of
the two to be active at any time. Your card seems to autosense which is
active (some require jumpers or a setup program to select), but you won't
get them both active at once.
You need a hub that has a thinnet backbone connector as well as a bunch of
RJ45s. They were once common; I don't know how easy (or cheap) they are to
find these days.
Or you need to use 2 NICs in the Linux server (it is a Linx server, right?)
you are trying to use as a router. Actually, if I follow your setup, you'll
want to run it as a bridge, not a router, and I'm afraid I don't know how to
do that (though I do know it can be done).
