Run proxy server software. See The Firewall and Proxy Server HowTo
(http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Firewall-HOWTO.html) for the details,
including discussion of 3 packages. Also look into Junkbuster, a specialized
sort of proxy (unlikely to be what you want, but thought I'd throw it in
just in case).
